Rules of conduct

AI / chat We may use AI tools to help review chat whenever we determine that moderation review is appropriate. They assist human moderators and are not the sole basis for a significant decision.

1. Scope

These Rules apply to the Game, in-game chat, player names, and other in-game content or communication features operated by HNG Group AS. The official Discord server has separate community rules, available on Discord. Discord activity is governed by those rules and Discord's own terms.

2. Respect and safety

Do not harass, threaten, intimidate, stalk, defame, or target others. Hate speech, discriminatory slurs, sexual or obscene content, encouragement of violence, self-harm or illegal activity, impersonation, and disclosure of another person's private information are prohibited.

3. Chat and communication misuse

Do not spam, flood, repeatedly post the same content, disrupt chat, evade language or content filters, abuse reporting tools, advertise unrelated services, or distribute scams, phishing, malware, or malicious links. Follow any language or channel instructions shown in the Game.

4. Fair play, accounts and security

Do not promote or distribute cheats, hacks, exploits, unauthorized automation, stolen or unreleased data, or instructions that compromise the Game or another user. Account selling, account sharing where prohibited, real-money trading of virtual items or currency, fraud, and evasion of a suspension or ban are prohibited.

5. Names and user content

Player, character, group, weapon, or other user-created names and content must not be hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, obscene, unlawfully discriminatory, misleading, or used to impersonate another person, moderator, or HNG Group AS. We may remove or rename non-compliant content.

6. Reports

Use the in-game reporting tools, the Discord ticket system, or contact support@hng-group.com to report suspected violations. Do not knowingly submit false reports, retaliate against reporters, or use public accusations to harass another player. Include relevant information or evidence where available.

7. Moderation, sanctions and appeals

We may review chat, account information, reports, and relevant context whenever we determine that moderation review is appropriate. AI tools may assist human moderators but are not the sole basis for a significant decision. Depending on severity, repetition, context, and attempts to evade enforcement, action may include a warning, chat restriction, content removal or renaming, temporary suspension, or permanent ban. Significant account sanctions are subject to human review. Appeals may be submitted to support@hng-group.com or through the Discord ticket system.

8. General

These Rules are not exhaustive. We may take reasonable action against conduct that harms players, the Game, or the integrity and safety of the Service even if it is not specifically listed above. We may update these Rules and will publish the current version on this page.
